Instantly and significantly increase healing ability within a wide range; however, this skill requires high HP consumption.
Though it uses high MP/HP and heals very little, it serves its purpose to save people with 0 HP. Practical for healing distant people with its long range, not suitable for hostile environments. It is also dash cancelable thus the casting time is deductible. The HP damage comes first as well, allowing you to recover the hp you lose with the heal.
Suggested at level 0 or 1.
Only in team fights, and even then, it's not suggested.
